How can I return an item?
We offer a 14 day returns policy, please send us an email with your order number if you wish to return an item. All postage charges for returned items will need to be paid by the customer.

When will my order ship?
Your order should ship within 3 business days from when the order is processed. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm, Saturday and Sunday are processed and shipped the following business day. During high volume periods, the processing time may increase.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking email with your tracking number. 

When will my refund show up in my account?
Once we have received your item, and your return has been approved we will process your refund onto the payment method in which you used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7 - 10 days for your refund to return to your account.
