DISPATCH TIMES
All orders are shipped within 3 business days once payment has been made. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email with your tracking details once the order has been shipped.

We currently ship within Australia & New Zealand. Below are the estimated delivery times (please allow additional time for public holidays and peak sales periods)
Please understand once your item is posted, it is in the hands of the courier/postal service and is out of our control. Please be patient during peak posting times, public holidays and sale periods.
It is helpful to download the Australia Post App to track all your parcels and understand where they are in the delivery process.
Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $11.95AUD within Australia.
We offer FREE Australian Standard Shipping on orders over $199 during non sale periods.

Standard: 3-8 business days for delivery once your order has been shipped
Express: 1-4 business days for delivery once your order has been shipped
NEW ZEALAND:
Standard: 6-27 business days for delivery once your order has been shipped
Express: 2-7 business days for delivery once your order has been shipped
Standard: 6-10 business days for delivery once your order has been shipped
Express: 3-5 business days for delivery once your order has been shipped

USA:
Please note that due to recent changes to import tariff requirements under US Executive Order 14324, Australia Post has joined several international postal operators in temporarily suspending certain postal services to the United States (US) and Puerto Rico. This suspension takes effect immediately and will remain in place until further notice.
RETURNS

If you have purchased the wrong size or it’s just not right, you may return full priced items within 30 days since delivery for a full refund, exchange or store credit. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs incurred to return the item(s) if the customer doesn't opt into Checkout+. Sale items are unable to be returned unless the item is faulty.
Once returns have been received, the refund or exchange request will be processed. All exchange orders will be sent via standard postal service.
